 I want affordable housing AND want to buy a house within 2 years

If you are looking to buy a house in 2 yrs, The Networked Savings Program makes it possible to have an affordable place to live while getting help to save a larger down payment then select this option.

 I am ready to buy a house

If you’ve been referred to us by your bank or realtor—OR—if you know you’re ready to start looking for an affordable mortgage product and working with one of our housing counselors then choose this option


    
I am or will be ready to buy a house within 6 months.


 I want to make home repairs

Common issues like home maintenance and financial management are covered in this HUD-approved housing counseling and education service among other topics such as local grants and funding that can help with home repairs.


    
I understand by choosing this program, I will need to verify that I am the owner of the home.


 I want to refinance my house
